Expert Cabin Specifications:
Internal: 14'w x 9'h x 24'
External: 14'5"w x 11'h x 24'5"l
Full downdraft airflow during spray and curing cycles through patented
Controlled Air Flow ceiling with integrated angled light fixtures
- Main flow zone concentrates airflow in a protective curtain around the
car
- Main flow zone effectively removes overspray from the paint booth
- Side flow zones circulate air away from the walls and lights
- Angled ceiling lights, wall lights, and available corner lights
eliminate shadows for better overall illumination, especially during
clear coat application
Dual skin insulated panel construction
- Smooth fit and finish give the spray booth an impressive overall
appearance and minimize areas where overspray and dust could collect
- Insulated design reduces noise inside the spray booth and in the
surrounding shop area
- Insulated design reduces ambient heat outside the spray booth
White pre-coated galvanized steel
- White coating diffuses light better than uncoated steel, reducing
reflections and glare
- Weld-free construction prevents rusting and improves paint booth
strength
Single- or three-row pit exhaust system or optional raised platform
- Pre-engineered pit design properly balances air flow
- Air is drawn more evenly over the vehicle and pit
Wide 10' heavy-duty, 3-wing entrance door with observation windows
- Large opening for easy entry to the spraybooth, heavy-duty hinges,
solid construction
- Side access door with observation window, can be moved to accommodate
different spray booth layouts
Twelve 6-tube inside-accessible ETL listed angled light fixtures with
energy efficient electronic ballasts
Spray booth is designed to accept fire suppression system |

Expert Recirculating Heat System
High-efficiency direct fired system with
re-circulating cure mode
- Increases productivity by using a 'cure' cycle to provide faster and
better finishes than air-drying
- Pressurizes the paint booth to reduce dust entry from the outside
environment
User-friendly, solid state CureTronic PLC remote control panel with
digital display
- Variable Frequency Drives (for smooth motor start-up to eliminate
power spikes)
SmartCure accelerated curing system reduces cure times up to 50%
- Programmable paint profiles eliminates guesswork
- SmartCure technology automatically knows what temperature is needed,
at what time, and for exactly how long
Direct-drive intake motor
- No belts or pulleys to maintain
- More efficient performance
Modular exhaust and intake unit
Fuelled by natural gas or propane
Multi-stage filtration system extends paint booth filter life
- Fresh air is filtered before heating
- Re-circulated air is filtered before re-entering the spray booth
Key-locked main control panel to prevent non-authorized access
ETL Listed Industrial Air Heater
-12,000 CFM, 1.2 Million BTU
-Direct Fired Industrial Air Heater
-Supply fan powered by 10 HP motor
-Exhaust fan powered by 7.5 HP motor

Optional Equipment:
- Four
6-tube corner light fixtures
- Drive-thru configuration
- Working length extensions
- Raised platform
- Three-row pit
- Heavy-duty 4-wing entrance door with observation windows
